The general responsibilities for the Process Engineer will be to develop and safely implement engineering projects within allocated budgets and time schedules. This includes resolving all personnel and process safety issues, as well as contractor supervision. The role supports day-to-day production activities including troubleshooting and unit optimization.
Chemical Engineering degree and experience, preferably in process or production engineering role is required. Ideals include:
- Experience with identifying and driving improvement opportunities and manage change to implement these improvements.
- Solid experience with identifying and troubleshooting production problems and take preventative or correction action.
- Previous project management and supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Plant Training Matrix.
