Chemical Engineering degree and experience, preferably in process or production engineering role is required.  Ideals include:

• Experience with identifying and driving improvement opportunities and manage change to implement these improvements.


• Solid experience with identifying and troubleshooting production problems and take preventative or correction action.


• Previous project management and supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.


• Written and verbal communication skills.


• Good problem-solving skills.


• Plant Training Matrix.
