Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable Clerk prepares bills and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Accounts Receivable Clerk will prepares daily cash deposits. 
  • Accounts Receivable Clerk will verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues. 
  • Accounts Receivable Clerk performs additional tasks as assigned.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED for the Accounts Receivable Clerk

  • Accounts Receivable Clerk has RECENT proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk.
  • Accounts Receivable Clerk has good organizational skills.
  • Accounts Receivable Clerk has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accounts Receivable Clerk has the ability to focus and be self motivated.
