Ardensway is looking for candidates in their sales and marketing management training program. This program would consist of a well-structured training timeline initially starting in a face to face sales environment to prospective business and consumer clients. Building on the base skills of the industry, the next steps involve training into a team lead position and beyond. The basic structure of the program is listed below.
Every new employee is provided with one on one coaching from an assigned corporate trainer. Initial training will be provided in the areas of sales psychology and product education (currently in the telecommunications industry, but other opportunities do exist). The trainee will be expected to learn proper leads and accounts management with prospective sales and marketing targets as well as how to foster the proper relationships to close these accounts.
After becoming consistent and familiar with the basic sales process, one is expected to begin training on how to be a team lead. Public speaking, learning to train new employees, interviewing skills, and general leadership skills will be the main areas of development. Additional sales training will continue to be provided as this is an ongoing area of focus.
Once a good amount of basic leadership skills have been established, an employee will be trained in the finer points of managing larger responsibilities including, but not limited to project management, new product launches, overall sales and marketing management, human resources, and/or new site management in event of expansion.

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not a deal breaker
