Job Description

Fred Beans Chevrolet of Doylestown is expanding and is currently seeking a Business Development Representative!

 

The BDC Representative is responsible for scheduling appointments for Internet and telephone generated prospects for the dealership. Appointments are to be generated from both new incoming leads as well as pro-active selling campaigns.

 

Responsibilities for a Business Development Representative will include, but are not be limited, to the following; 

  • Identify and perform outbound calls to identified service lead opportunities (Recalls, Collision Center Customers, Internet Leads, etc.). 
  • Schedule and record appointments in the CRM using an understanding of time management and dealership service scheduling. 
  • Utilize provided Dealership call scripts for contacting prospects and handling customer concerns. 
  • Complete 10 confirmed appointments scheduled per day.
  • Average 50% of appointments to show.
  • Complete 100-125 outbound phone calls per day.
  • Study 30-45 minutes on product knowledge per day.

Job Requirements

Skills to be successful as a Business Development Representative role including the following;

  • Previous experience in customer service environment.
  • Computer skills to include Internet, MS Windows & Office, Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Excellent telephone skills; ability to gain rapport over the phone
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for success.
