As a support technician, you will be working to support our customers on the use and daily operation of our system. The position requires independently researching and solving support issues, customer support, working closely with other employees, management, and customers to provide analysis skills supporting the applications developed and sold exclusively by Paradigm Software, LLC.
In addition to support, technicians will perform, assist, and contribute to project management of installation and external projects. Travel will be required.
The ideal candidate for our support technician position will meet the following requirements:
· Must possess strong technical, analysis, debugging, and problem resolution skills with a strong commitment to high quality work and timely deliverables
· Must excel at handling multiple priorities at once with the ability to work under pressure and in close proximity to other technicians
· Must have proven success working with a team to improve, streamline, and enhance support procedures
· 2+ years’ experience of phone support in technical/software required
· Technical experience preferred in ASP/.NET, VB6/.NET, Serial/RS-232 Communication, Crystal Reports
