Job Description

Business Development Supervisor


We are looking for people with great people skills and that have an excitement to begin their careers for our Business Development Program. If you are a college graduate or looking for a career change then our Business Development Program is for you.  Anyone interested in gaining Business Development, Sales, and Marketing experience is encouraged to apply.


Primary Duties for business Development Supervisors:


- Impacts sales results by developing, supporting and executing field marketing.

- Works with appropriate clients to support campaigns.

- Works with various corporate/field marketing/sales managers to determine appropriate customized programs and strategies for various market segments.

- Provides coordination and project management to ensure event success.

- Publicizes sales and rates with Account Development to raise awareness and drive revenue.

- Advises on new ideas to generate revenue for various clientele



Our sales team is trained to bridge the gap between new business customers and large companies. We will train our new account executives in areas of sales, business, and professional customer service to help bring new commercial business accounts to our clients

* Supervising and coaching account managers and account executives.

* Learning the business aspect of running a marketing firm
