Synergy Management is now hiring for entry level account representatives.  Entry Level Account Representatives' primary function is to call on customers and inquire about service eligibility within their established territory in the New York Region. 




Synergy Management will provide you with one of the best new hire orientation programs in the industry along with on-going training programs, advanced sales  prospecting tools, and technology to ensure your success in marketing the entire portfolio and solutions! Our clients provide us with warm leads in order to help ensure quality customer service. As part of this job you will need to meet monthly customer outreach targets and train on all products and services offered.

  • Typical 1st year earning between $50K - $80K

If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.  Our entry level account representatives come from a variety of backgrounds and industries.  You don’t need to have sales experience in order to be successful, but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous marketing experience is a plus.

  • Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
  • Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
