I'm looking for 5 individuals to help me train and mentor new agents in NM. The perfect candidate is outgoing, has a past track record of success, an entrepreneur type mentality, a positive outlook on life, and wants to get paid what they're worth.

I'm also looking for those interested to move into a sales management or leadership position with extra compensation. It will definitely help if you have direct sales experience, but it's not necessary. First year average compensation high five figures PLUS ongoing residual income based on your production.
