The opportunity:
 
Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator - Office Services Division -  is responsible for building our office services division by making temporary or full-time placements as well as contract staffing assignments in traditional and specialty which includes: recruiting, testing, interviewing quality candidates,  matching client staffing requirements with our associates' skills and availability. In addition, you will also contact our market using telephone and email marketing to prospective and existing clients along with maintaining the highest quality customer service. 
 
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to meet revenue target/goals. You will grow into the company's core team. Management opportunities will exist for the right candidate


For this sales-focused position, we are seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy people-person with solid communication skills. Our business is fast-paced with a wide variety of daily activities. Candidates should be organized, self-motivated, assertive, and have a high sense of urgency. 


If you are motivated by a desire to help others and are ready to achieve that goal through a combination of exceptional Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, then this is the position for you! 
 
Duties include:
1- Reviewing resumes and calling candidates for interviews
2- Interviewing candidates
3- Filling open job orders by matching the appropriate candidates with the current job openings. 
4- Reference checks- calling previous companies that a candidate worked at to inquire more about their job 
5- Marketing calls- calling companies to inquire about their staffing needs. Marketing may also involve sending emails, mail and in-person meetings. 
6-Attending job fairs to recruit talent
 
Requirements:
--Excellent computer & internet skills plus perfection in achieving sales goals & targets is expected. 
--An entrepreneurial spirit- able to handle things from start to finish.  
--Enthusiastic, friendly personality. 
--Proven ability to meet or exceed against financial targets 
--Solid communication skills. 
--PC literate in Windows environment including: MS Word, Excel, and Internet. 
--Punctual, reliable, and responsible. 
--Multi-tasking is essential. 
--Strong problem solving abilities. 
--Excellent presentation and communications skills.  


This position has unlimited income potential which includes a base+ commission + performance based bonuses. Our compensation structure allows unlimited income potential!
