Job Description

Principle Payments, a leading international provider of merchant services is actively seeking an entry-level Sales Support Representative.  The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our internal and external sales teams with day-to-day operational issues.  This position is located at our Holbrook office.  


Job Responsibilities

  • Fielding incoming telephone calls from sales reps and prospective agents
  • Work with sales directors to answer agent’s questions and help to resolve sales issues
  • Review all resumes and help recruit candidates from corporate placed ads (CareerBuilder, Monster, Craig’s List, corporate website leads, etc.)
  • Screen and qualify candidates for sales managers and senior recruiters
  • Complete and submit sales representative agreements
  • Respond quickly to incoming emails
  • Some clerical duties as needed
