Performs all aspects of human resources such as payroll, benefit administration, procedures, personnel issues and maintain related confidential files. Answers employee questions regarding benefits, pay and other employee agreements and programs.
Ensures company is compliant with all federal, state and local human resources laws.
Keeps up-to-date on changes and updates in employment law.
Oversees the employee benefits programs including medical dental, life, disability insurance, supplemental medical and 401k.
Tracks employee personal time off.
Manages orientation program for welcoming and integrating new employees.
Oversees employee recordkeeping including new hires, performance appraisals, employee transfers, separations and exit interviews.
Creates and maintains current job descriptions for all employees.
Responsible for insuring that all appropriate notices and policies are communicated to the employees. Establishes and maintains bulletin boards for the posting of legal and corporate notices.
Coordinates travel and accommodation arrangements for the company as required.
Meets deadlines, prioritizes company assignments and maintains professional composure under pressure and dynamic conditions.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Business Administration preferred
Human Resource Administration or Professioal Certification preferred
