Job Description

Eco-Staff, LLC is currently looking to bring in another member to our Dallas branch. We're wanting someone who can handle a multi-role position of office administrator and receptionist. The office hours are 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri. 

Skills Needed
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Organization skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to multi-task
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Data Entry
- Making phone calls out to candidates, scheduling interviews or training
- Administrating our application, drug tests, and training videos

Compensation:
This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation days, personal days and holidays, and life insurance. Salary can be discussed in interview.


Job Requirements

• General office experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and be a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
