Job Description

We have both inbound and outbound calling campaigns and service over one hundred Fortune 500 clients, in order to provide the industry’s best customer care and sales solutions to their existing and prospective customers.

 

 ABOUT THE POSITION:

You will be receiving world class training in order to effectively contact consumers who have expressed interest in several leading brands of nutritional supplements. As a customer service representative, you will be offering each customer a complimentary sample of their product of interest. Through training, you will learn how to connect with prospective customers in order to peak their interest even further by highlighting key product benefits. From there, you will be able to secure a commitment from each customer in order to deliver the product that the customer desires.

 

We are looking for schedules in the evening, Saturday shifts preferred. Great for students and 2nd income earners! 
 

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

-Contact customers who have expressed interest in leading nutritional supplement brands to offer a  complimentary product trial

- Capture payment and shipping information

- Document all customer information, communications and sales in CRM system

Job Requirements

- Ability to work at least 20 hours a week in the evening, Saturday shifts preferred 

 - Minimum 4 hours per shift

 - Must be 18 years of age
