The position requires an individual that has at least 2 - 5 years of restaurant management or comparable experience for consideration of employment in this role with our organization. Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager will be viewed as a significant plus.
As this is a management and “team leader" role, we desire a highly motivated individual who is a self-starter, someone that can oversee and manage a team of people reporting to them and that can work unsupervised and/or who will require minimal oversight/guidance.
This individual must have good leadership skills as they will be overseeing the performance of teams in the kitchen and as well as in the “front of the house". We are also looking for an individual that pays attention to details when it comes to store operation (e.g. store appearance and cleanliness, customer interaction, food quality being served, etc.).
We desire an individual that has good communication and interpersonal skills as they will be working directly with restaurant team members and store customers. Additionally, this will require a person with good and creative problem solving skills.
