Job Description

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team!  Are you looking for a change?  Are you looking for great pay and benefits?  Are you looking to make a dramatic impact on each patient you serve?  

Some of the qualifications required of the applicant:
- Active Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant license

Some of the qualification preferred of the applicant:
-Comfortable working as a team with a PT/PTA
-Experience with outpatient care
-Hipaa certified
-Training/experience with Medicare compliance
-Marketing work both with physicians and online
-DME sales
-OTC sales
-Encouraging patients to schedule out 2-3X's per week until they have met their established goals. 
-Open to learning new techniques

Job Requirements

  1.  Proficient in WebPT (understanding e-doc/scanning of exercise, checking Dr. referral, medical history, care connections, care core, J-statements, etc).
  2. Proficient in use of all PT equipment, and handouts, RJ tools, Medbridge at TPPT
  3. Proficient at keeping a tidy work space and using the color-coded system. 
  4. Use of special tests on each patient, objectivity on each patient, golden goal, and cardinal signs).
  5. Willing to take on the Paul Gough Approach
  6. Willing to take on Marketing projects
