Job Description

Holtger Bros., Inc., founded in 1946 by Mr. Ken Holtger, is a family owned and operated turnkey utility contractor. Today the company has approximately 150 employees during the peak season working for various telecommunication companies, private fiber networks, school districts, and municipalities all over the country.

Due to constant company growth and the restructuring of our Human Resources department, we have an immediate opening for an experienced Human Resources Manager that is also capable of handling Operations duties as well. You'll be responsible for employee relations and retention, scheduling, assisting with benefits administration and worker's compensation, legal compliance, and some of our operational duties. You will also work hand in hand with our Recruiting Manager to keep up with the recruiting needs of the company.
