BRIDGE PROJECT SUPERINTENDENTS and GENERAL SUPERINTENDENTS NEEDED FOR BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
We are seeking motivated, dedicated, and dependable employees to work in our successful organization. Compensation varies with level of experience.
Our construction of bridges and structures includes: DOT bridge, bridge over water, rail bridge, box culvert, structural concrete, MSE walls, barrier walls, dam, earthen dam, formwork etc.
Manage bridge construction projects owned by Dept. of Transportation.
- Scope of projects may include assisting with other projects
- Projects will be in the Texas region
- Experience required as Superintendent building DOT bridge projects
- Experience required managing all administrative and document control with Field Engineer
- Supervise Foreman and sub contractors while maintaining construction schedule
- On site materials and equipment ordering and scheduling
- Oversee and maintain all on site document control

Qualified Bridge Project Superintendents General Superintendents for Bridge Construction must past work experience which include:
hands-on construction experience with DOT bridge, pile driving, concrete formwork, concrete pours, etc.
reading the plans and layout bridge structures for construction
leading the crews and giving proper instructions and follow up of their progress
use laptop for on-site project administration
2+ years of experience required managing heavy construction crews
