We have a great career opportunity for a full time Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter to join our team.   The ideal candidate will have at least one year of demonstrated experience in healthcare recruiting and onboarding, and working knowledge of all human resources functional areas.

Job Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements for the position


  • Demonstrated experience in human resources with an emphasis on recruiting and sourcing candidates; healthcare industry preferred
  • Certification or specialized study in human resources; PHR or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Able to travel throughout assigned regions and to other  branch offices, attend recruitment events; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office applications,  email, web based/social media tools and related database applications and systems

  • Organized, responsive; able to meet critical deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills; team oriented.  Able to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, referral sources and community at large.
