Long term temporary positions available for 10 people to assist staff of prestigious corporation located in Parsippany, New Jersey.
Associates degree and 4 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience desired. Prior experience in customer service in a professional work environment, claims processing, document examination, auditing, banking, and/or eligibility review is highly desired.
Strong Excel skills are a must!
This job works hand in hand with the government to help Schools and Libraries across our country with their application process for much needed grant money. These applications determine grant eligibility and positions help to resolve issues and questions that applicants may have in regards to receiving the help they are entitled to receive.
Candidates will review all program forms and invoices and supporting documentation from applicants as well as the service providers that participate and ensure conformance with program rules and completeness and accuracy of all information.
Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable communicating with applicants in order to assist them in their process. Proficiency in Word and Excel and strong data entry/typing skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines are all a must for these jobs.
