Job Description

Customer Service Specialist

We are working with a leading brand across the USA to deliver specialized marketing campaigns across the Metro Detroit area. We are looking for a strong customer service professional to join our support team, to help them continue to deliver industry leading customer service. By acting as the first point of contact on a face to face basis, you will answer and advise our clients customers, when they have any functional or purchasing questions about the products and services available.

Customer Service Specialist Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolving straightforward cases directly

  • Gathering detailed information, and logging all information where necessary to ensure a successful sale

  • Keeping customers informed of all promotions and savings available to them and talk them through every step to ensure a sound level of understanding

  • Monitoring all sales progress to support the sales and management team

  • Consistently provide first class customer service on behalf of our client and our company

Job Requirements

Customer Service Specialist Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience within a face to face environment, telesales will also be an advantage

  • Strong customer service ethic

  • Knowledge of various data input systems

  • Fluency in English is essential and proficiency in other languages desirable

  • Able to commute comfortably

  • Self-motivated and capable of working successfully under minimal supervision

  • Able to thrive in a small, fast moving, fluid, and demanding organization

  • Be excited and motivated to learn!
