Medical Front Office Assistant

Full time Medical Front Office Assistant needed for primary care physician office.   

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Check patients in & out
  • Collect co-pays
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Enter patient data into EMR
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer phones
  • Prepare charts/records for appointments
  • Register patients for patient portal
  • Other duties as assigned 

Medical Front Office Assistant


  • At least 1 year experience in a physician office
  • Experience in a physician office setting
  • Experience with EMR 
  • Strong inter-personal skills, and the ability to work professionally with patients, office staff and physicians
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Punctuality and dependability
