Job Description

Clerical/Admin 534985 (17-00555)
Location: Plano, TX
Pay Rate: 15- 25/hr.

Type of hire: Contract


Position Responsibilities:
  • Support meeting planning and scheduling
  • Travel arrangements and Expense reporting for Group Manager and senior staff
  • Excel spreadsheet assistance if necessary
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentation preparation and modification
  • Admin support for IS Field Services:
  • Travel arrangements
  • Expense reporting
  • Calendar
  • Meeting arrangement (confirming schedules, issuing notices & agenda, room reservation & set up, catering order and follow up)
  • Meeting preparation (prepare copies, offsite connection arrangement, room confirmation, material gathering from presenters)
  • Material preparation (development and modification of Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint documents)
  • Information distribution (meeting materials, meeting minutes, other information)
  • Strong Outlook/Calendar/scheduling skills
  • Utilize Excel for multiple tasks.

Job Requirements

Position Requirements:
Must Haves:
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong Calendar/Travel and Scheduling/Itinerary build-out skills
  • Experience working with Skype for Business
  • Strong PowerPoint and Presentation support experience. (Will not be asked to present.)
  • Effective communication skills through remote and interpersonal settings.
  • Experience with SharePoint filing and organization.
  • Experience scheduling and supporting large executive meetings.
  • Very detail oriented, have the ability to own and seek daily tasks of administrative background.
  • Able to be flexible and work under rapidly changing requirements

Preferred/”Nice to Haves”:
  • Experience working with MS Project Online and VISIO
