Job Description

An opening for a Branch Manager in the Fort Pierce, FL area. We offer a competitive base salary, monthly commissions, quarterly bonuses, and full benefits (health, dental, vision, sick days, vacation, 401K).
Staffing Industry experience is a MUST.
The Staffing Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales and service operation of a temporary labor branch office, ensuring sales and profit goals are met. Key activities include cold calling, selling, daily client and site visits, manage administrative staff, and strategic planning. Branch Manager reports directly to the Owner.

•Recruiting, training, managing and retaining the finest workforce.
•Daily dispatch of workforce utilizing best qualified person for the position-Starts as early as 6AM!
•Oversees branch operations including application process and collections
•Out in your community at least six (6) hours daily selling, meeting with prospective customers, current customers, and conducting safety and site evaluations
•Return to branch at end of the day to perform payout- Ending as late as 6PM *
•Respond to and effectively manage client complaints or disputes
•Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to ensure productivity and goal achievement
•Responsible for overall profitability of the branch through direct sales to existing and prospective clients.
•Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

Job Requirements

We are looking for a Manager to provide their sales experience and leadership in the Fort Pierce, FL area, with the following attributes:

•MUST have at least 3 years of staffing experience.
•Strong preference for previous staffing industry experience.
•Highest commitment to customer service and sales
•Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently, and meet deadlines under pressure.
•Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to persuade an audience.
•Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population.
•The desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
•Valid driver's license and a car that can be used for work.
