Below are our entry points (please read carefully):

Agency Acquisition - You may acquire an existing book of business and start with a residual income right away.  If an individual purchases the service commissions rights to a book of business, the agent may receive a lucrative monthly bonuses on top of new business commissions and service commissions in addition an office start up bonus.  You must have the capital on hand OR the ability to borrow capital to purchase an agency PLUS reserves.

Seed Agent - There are situations when an agent does not wish to sell their book of business.  In these situations, the book of business is transferred to a qualified candidate.  The candidate receives the benefit of immediate revenue from that book of business without the cost of acquisition, in addition an office start up bonus.  You MUST have a substantial amount of liquid capital to be considered for this position.  This will be discussed during the initial contact phase of our interview process, including the amount necessary.

Traditional Agent - In our most well-recognized opportunity, Traditional Agents start their agency from scratch and go on a flexible path to agency ownership with extensive financial support from Farmers - up to a 3 year period in addition to new business commissions and residual commissions.You MUST have a certain amount of liquid capital to be considered for this position.  This will be discussed during the initial contact phase of our interview process.

Job Requirements

  • Financially Responsible (Must have a minimum amount of LIQUID CAPITAL to be considered. See Entry Point descriptions above.)
  • No criminal record.
  • Excellent Credit. No late payments.  No charged off debt.
  • Self-motivated.
  • College Degree (Strongly Preferred).
  • Business Ownership or Self-Employment Experience.
  • Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License (must be able to obtain).
  • Texas General Lines Life & Health License (must be able to obtain).
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
