Staffing Sales – IT Services


Company Overview:


Pierce Professional Resources located in Holmdel, NJ is a progressive IT solution services provider with deep experiences serving the IT resource needs of our customers across multiple technology platforms and industries.


Responsibilities:


  • Build trust and credibility with prospects/customers, and contractors

  • Expand Pierce’s presence and acquire new customers

  • Prospect, build relationships, and close business

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales opportunity pipeline

  • Organize and present account plans at the start of each quarter

  • Meet/Exceed quarterly and full-year sales quotas

  • Maintain and grow revenue at newly landed accounts

  • Consistently update job knowledge including technologies

  • Maintain and grow personal networks, and professional organizations




Compensation:

We offer a base salary plus a generous commission structure.

Job Requirements



You must have prior success selling IT Staffing Services directly to executives and procurement managers of medium, large, and large enterprise accounts.  You are experienced, maintain excellent sales skills, and exceed expectations to prospect, identify, and close new business. You have a track record of exceeding sales goals; deep account planning skills, and work well in a team environment.   


Location Requirements:

Please be located in the NYC region, ideally central NJ, and available for customer related travel up to 40%.
