Customer Service Representative (Patient Representative)
Competitive base pay + monthly bonus potential
This is an entry level Customer Service Representative role where our candidate will be answering Customer Service related questions from our patients countrywide.
We are looking for new customer service team members who have computer and communication skills to work in a fast paced, professional and fun, environment
All associates will earn a competitive base pay with the potential for additional income through a monthly bonus program
The ideal candidate should possess the skills, competencies, and abilities listed below in order to successfully perform the job and to be considered for the position:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Good problem solving skills
Previous experience in Collections, Customer Service, Telemarketing, or a related role is preferred not but required.
Good written, verbal, active listening and phone communication skills
Ability to maintain composure with difficult consumers. Must remain professional at all times
Proficient personal computer skills
Ability to type 25 or more words per minute
Ability to speak with consumers and type notes simultaneously into software system Ability to work in a fast paced environment where change is common
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
