Job Description

Engineering Manager - The Primary role of the Engineering Manager is to provide direction to the engineers, and present technical information to the customers.  The ability to manage is most important.

 Manage Design and Manufacturing engineering resources to meet company objectives
 Design and Manufacture seals and sealing systems
 Applications engineering for prospective and current customers
 Tool & Equipment design
 Project management
 Take lead role of technical interaction with customer’s engineering team
 Coordinate team selling with the technical sales and manufacturing groups
 Other duties as necessary

Job Requirements

 Experience with closely related seal products
 Experience designing products for the following (or similar) industries
o aerospace
o automotive
o oil & gas
o power generation
 Degreed Mechanical Engineer
 Project Management Experience
 SolidWorks experience
 Strong Mechanical Engineering and materials knowledge and experience
 Ability to interact with the customers technical personnel.
 Ability to transition to a Sr. leadership role in 2-3 years

 All candidates must be authorized to work permanently in the US.
