On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Lead Help Desk Analyst that will be responsible for providing first line response and troubleshooting for users requiring assistance with IT issues.
This is a Full Time and Direct Hire position.
Location: Hickory, NC
Hours : Monday - Friday 7:30 am 4:30 pm
Benefits offered will include: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, among other excellent benefits.
Annual Salary offered will range between $38k- $43k
- Provide first line telephone and email response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems.
- Responsible for procurement of all IT equipment, software, and licensing agreements. Inventory control of all IT supplies.
- Responsible for reviewing and coding of all invoices and processing to account payable.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone or email and logging the issue in our Track-IT ticket management system.
- Tracking issues to resolution and updating the internal runbooks.
- Escalate more involved problems to the appropriate HWOG support technician.
- Update daily status reports via a help desk management system.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical escalation teams.
- Provide a single view to the organization for information technology related problems.
