This position is responsible for the accurate reporting and accounting of ATM/Debit Card activity on customer accounts. In addition this position supports & processes daily departmental settlement and balancing. Further also supports the branch staff on ATM settlement and works with vendors for ATM servicing support.

Principal Responsibilities:

Supports the branches on all aspects of card servicing, issues and processing including processing their ECM scripts. Also supports the call center staff for all card related issues.

Utilizes knowledge of internal products, policies and procedures to respond to and resolve the more complex questions and issues from branch staff and to identify opportunities for improved operations within the department.

Administers all aspects of ATM service, including but not limited to, assisting branch staff, placing service calls to vendor and recording call resolution in system.

Balances and accounts for the ATM network and customer transactions. Performs ATM settlement and cash replenishment for assigned ATM’s and coordinates off-site settlement and cash replenishment process with vendors.

Researches and responds to ATM related customer complaints.

Acts as a resource to ATM Reps.

Supports & coordinates ATM installations and deinstallations with all appropriate parties.

Reviews and approves balance sheets and cash items submitted by ATM reps, adhering to established policies and procedures.

May need to support new projects/initiatives and participates in various project related activities including but not limited to testing & validation.

May perform supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the supervisor.

Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.

Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalency required.

3-5 years relevant experience.

Additional Job Requirements:

Strong PC skills, including word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) and other internal software, and industry specific software. The ability to learn to use specific programs as necessary.

General familiarity with balancing and reconciliation concepts strongly preferred
Ability to share knowledge and skills with a team.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to provide courteous and professional customer service to internal and external contacts and provide advice and guidance to junior staff members.

Ability to handle escalated situations using strong interpersonal, negotiating and problem solving skills.

Knowledge of products, policies and procedures.

Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a multitask environment.
