JOB DESCRIPTION


Company in New Providence is looking for a temp-hire Customer Service Representative. Will answer incoming phone calls, provide product information to consumer, handle complaints, log customer inquiries into various CRM tools, able to navigate between screens and listen to the customer. College Degree and 3 years customer service experience in a call center environment. Bilingual Spanish or French a plus! Must have Word and Excel
