Job Description

HR Assistant provides administrative support to the company and corporate office. 


  • HR administration; collecting and forwarding pre-employment, new hire, performance, and benefit paperwork to corporate office,
  • Process and audit time cards for payroll. Assist in processing payroll
  • HR Representative assisting employees with questions regarding basic HR related questions, benefits, or provide direction to corporate HR 

Job Requirements


  • Associates degree in Human Resources or equivalent job experience
  • 5+ years related HR experience
  • The ability to service all levels within an organization, including both office and operations employees, with a positive attitude as well as the ability to handle highly sensitive data in an appropriate manner.
  • The ability to effectively initiate, pursue and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including computer literacy especially with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent administrative, and organizational skills; accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, belief in personal accountability, and positive attitude.
  • Capable of prioritizing work-flow and detail orientation.
  • The ability to identify problems and work in conjunction with others to implement effective solutions.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure.
