    We are searching for a focused, talented, and organized professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist leads and supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department carrying out responsibilities related to: recruitment, selection, benefits, on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations, training and development, and, regulatory compliance & reporting across a global organization

 

·Handling all HR duties including Payroll, Employee Relations, Benefits administration, processing

 FMLA, Unemployment for a staff of approximately 400 employees

·Conducts, coordinate and/or facilitates HR related investigations

·Coordinates and/or conducts training on various human resources/management issues/topic

 (e.g. performance management, new employee orientation)

·Build & maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

·Posts job openings for assigned locations and submit timely requests associated with the process

·Assists with recruitment tasks as needed (reviews applications, interviews).

·Advises hiring managers throughout the hiring process and ensures that appropriate reference

 and background checks are being conducted

Desired Skills and Experience:

 

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a human resources 

  management role.

· Demonstrate experience in HR Generalist functions. Showing knowledge of principles, methods,

  and practices related to human resource and payroll activities

· The HR Manager should be very self-motivated, polished, and have a desire to grow with the 

  organization

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

· Strong work ethic and proactive approach in solving problems and developing creative solutions

· Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to have fun at work while maintaining professionalism

· Valid Driver's License
