Our rapid growth has led to an expansion of our organization. We are currently seeking Recruiters Sales Agents - to join our team.
Responsibilities of Recruiters Sales Agents:
- Sourcing and recruiting of healthcare professionals for travel and contract assignments
- Qualifying candidates based on requirements for travel nursing
- Maintaining pipelines of passive candidates
- Customer relationship development and management of staffing
- Manage correspondence between healthcare professionals and Staffing agency
- Complete profile for candidate submittals in the absence of Recruitment Coordinator.
- Qualifying candidates based on client requirements for specific orders
- Maintaining pipelines of active candidates
- Demonstrate problem solving, deal presentation and closing sales abilities
- Personnel management for external employees
- Manage correspondence between healthcare professionals and Contract Sales Managers

Recruiter Sales Agent
$55,000-70,000 total comp (includes base, weekly commission and annual bonus)
Sales Recruiter, Healthcare Recruiter, Agency Staffing, Nurse Staffing, Recruitment
- Minimum of 3-5 year sales and/or recruiting experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent/commensurate preferred
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry Staffing Agency preferred
- Experience in relationship management and strong phone skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and other computer applications
