Position STARTS Monday 02/26/2018
- Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.
- May perform one or more of the following:
- Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
- Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls. Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
- Call center experience preferred, not required.
- Customer Service experiences a must.
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Ability to use multiple computer programs at one time.
- Bilingual / English Reps needed
Pay Rate 13.00/Hour + Bonuses
These shifts are overnight from 10pm to 7am.
