Job Description

Human Resources / Office Operations Manager

Our client has a career opportunity for an experienced Human Resources & Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources and Facility Operations.

The Human Resources & Operations Manager is responsible for the overall administration and coordination of all Human Resource functions. This includes hiring, benefits administration, staff evaluations, performance management actions, claims administration, training and other H.R. functions.

On the Operational Management side of this position, it involves the overseeing of Facility Operations for the firm’s office.

Human Resource Responsibilities:

 Human Resources – recruiting, onboarding, benefits management, orchestrating annual reviews, enforcing Firm policies, and handling employee issues

 Compliance – monitoring compliance and internal controls including processes for management of operations risk, complying with regulatory standards, and developing/enforcing policies for best practices and organizational efficiencies

Operational Responsibilities:

 IT Department – Oversee IT staff, budgeting, infrastructure, replacing IT equipment and systems, vendor management, and training


  Candidate must have combined experience of both Human Resources  and Operations/Management experience

 BA/BS in Human Resources or related / relevant degree required.
