Call Center Full Time and Part Time positions.
Direct Hire – Benefits after 90 days – Medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation will be accrued.
There are 3 different departments
1.SiriusXM – Outbound calls, mainly calling for renewals. ( 1 week of training). The environment is upbeat – music is played.
Starts at $9/hr. Plus commission – training is also $9/hr. Must have Sales personality
2. AT & T – Inbound calls – 80% is sales focused. - $9/hr for training and $10/hr. after training – (training is 3 weeks).
3. Comcast – Inbound CSR - $8.25/hr. for training and $9.25/hr. after training.
(Training is 5 weeks). They will do 2 weeks of classroom and then start in test mode. Most calls will be problems/complaints. This position will be doing a lot of problem solving. Comcast is open to part-time employees. Very flexible with schedules.
Training will typically start on Mondays or Tuesdays. The hours vary for training.
All training will be done at 9942 N. Alpine Road in Machesney Park, IL 61115.
All training is done during the day – hours vary depending on dept.
Hours – at this time 2nd shift is the only opening. The hours are between 1:30pm-11pm.
Must pass a Background and drug test
Must have Computer knowledge.
