We now have openings in our Call Center for Full-Time Telephone Consultants. Financial Service Industry experience a plus! Please note: This position requires availability between the hours of 7:00AM-7:00PM Monday-Friday. Occasional Saturdays are required from 7:30AM - 4PM.
Provide stellar telephone service for members at the point of contact in a high-performing multi-skill inbound Contact Center environment. Facilitate a positive, dazzling member experience in order to achieve high levels of member satisfaction. Enhance member relationships; build trust and loyalty through stellar service and cross-selling products to meet member needs and to attain annual goals. Effectively adhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure excellent queue service levels. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
