Job Description

Pirate Staffing is now hiring for a leasing consultant/ clerical position in Atlanta GA! 

Ideal candidate will be responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining positive residential relations of multi- family residential apartments 

Leasing consultant will report to Community Manager, Leasing Director and/or Regional District Manger. 

This position is part time (temp to permanent) starting pay $11.00/Hr 

Essential job functions: 
-Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria 
-Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits. Listen residents requests, concerns and comments
- Inspects models and available "market ready" communicate relate service needs to Property Manger 
-Accept  rental payments and give immediately to assist community manager 
-Type lease and complete  appropriate paperwork and input information in system accurately and on a timely basis. Review with community manger before obtaining signatures
-Maintain current resident files 
-Maintain and record daily inspections for the community 
-Assist management team with other various tasks as required 

Job Requirements

-Fair Housing Certification, willingness to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents
-Demonstrate  an ability to support and contribute ti community team 
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills 
-Operate telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office including Word and MS Outlook, community software (45wpm)
-Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances 
-Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws. 
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Neat, clean, professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community 
-Comply with expectations as demonstrated in employee handbook 
-Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem 
-Successfully pass a drug test 
-1- 3 years experience in leasing/ property management 
-1-5 years experience in customer service 
-Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
