High volume Call Center for a Fortune 100 insurance company.
Responsible for taking inbound calls to process customer payments, answer customer questions & provide billing solutions. Must be dedicated to resolving the customer’s inquiries accurately and efficiently, to ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied with our products and services.
Candidates must be customer focused with strong computer skills.
Prior Customer Service experience in fast paced environment is necessary; Call Center experience preferred; Must possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills as well as the ability to review, record, & organize data on the computer while speaking on the phone;
