Receptionist—great firm (construction industry) is looking for a professional receptionist.  You will handle the front desk, greet guests, maintain the office master calendar—and take on other administrative responsibilities.  Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.  This position is in Uptown Dallas.  Salary between $40 and $45k. 

Project Assistant/Marketing Coordinator--looking for someone with 2+ years of experience working as an admin/project assistant in the construction industry.  Must also have some marketing skills--social media savvy.  Utilize Photoshop and InDesign. Great firm in Dallas.  Salary up to $60k.  


Executive Assistant--to the President.  This executive is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant.  MUST have the experience of heavy calendar management, making travel arrangements (both domestic and international), and meeting preparation.  You will also be the liaison between the executive and his management team.  This position is in Dallas.  Salary around $50k.

 

Administrative Assistant--support the Operations Manager.  Requirements--at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing firm.  This is the department that is the "go between" for the sales department and the production department.  You will have the updates regarding orders for the clients.  Hours are 7am to 3:30pm.  Salary up to $45k.  This position is in Dallas.

 

Marketing Assistant--A great firm in North Dallas is looking for a Marketing Assistant.  MUST have a bachelor's degree--marketing major helpful, but not required.  This is an administrative position that supports the sales reps.  Update database, research competitors, maintain multiple calendars, etc.  Salary starting up to $45k plus a bonus structure.

Administrative Assistant in commercial real estate--and MUST have worked in commercial real estate.  Great firm--great opportunity to support a group of brokers.  Word, Excel, In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator. This position is in Dallas and salary around $50k.

Commercial Retail Property Manager—this great Dallas firm is looking or an experienced (3+ years) property manager.  MUST have experience in managing retail properties.  You will be the “go to “ person for tenants.  Manage lease agreements and rent payments.  Salary up to $85k

Assistant Director of Property Management—Assist the Director of Property will training Property Managers and the general oversight of all properties.  Manage a portfolio of properties yourself.  MUST have experience in managing retail properties.  Strongly prefer a bachelor’s degree.  Salary up to $100k.
