Commercial (Retail) Property Manager.  This firm is looking for someone with at least 2 years of retail PM experience.  You will be working with properties in Dallas and one or two—outside of Dallas, but within Texas.  Must have recent experience with Yardi and experience with forecasting and budgeting.  Also must have experience with the annual NNN reconciliation.  You will be managing the day-to-day operations of a retail portfolio.  You will be the primary contact for tenants.  Work through tenant build-outs.  Make sure the property is in compliance.  Some accounting responsibilities and reporting.  Manage Move outs/lease terminations.  Supervise improvements and construction projects.  Salary $75 to $90k—depending upon experience.  

Office/Accounting Assistant--This firm in Irving is looking for someone that can do both Administrative (receive mail, order supplies, maintain customer files, etc.) as well as AP and AR.  This will include paying invoices via checks, ACH, and wire transfers; making sure AR is current; perform credit checks; balance bank records, etc.  Looking for 1 or 2 years of experience handling those responsibilities.   Pay rate is around $17 an hour.  They are ready to interview!  Please call me if interested.         

Executive Assistant—this dynamic and growing firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (5 to 7 years supporting C-level) to support two of their busiest C-level executives.  Must have the experience of handling extensive travel arrangements (domestic and international) and managing very, very busy calendars.  These two execs are constantly in meetings—it’s a difficult puzzle to juggle!  Your responsibility is to see they are in the right place at the right time with all the needed materials.  You are the voice of the executive—you are the liaison for all those wanting to speak to them.  You will handle travel expenses.  You will sometimes be asked to sit in on meetings—and take notes.  The hours are 8 to 5pm—but you are on call 24/7 for emergencies.  Great team environment.  The position is in North Dallas; salary up to $80k.  

HR Generalist—Well-established manufacturing firm in Irving is adding to their HR department—due to growth.  They are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.  Come in to assist the HR Director  and take on numerous responsibilities.  You will be involved in recruiting/onboarding, benefits, training & development, compliance and record keeping, and other general HR responsibilities.  Bachelor’s degree in HR or business is preferred.  Bilingual Spanish is a plus—but not required.  Salary around $70k.  

Customer Service Rep—this HVAC firm has been in business for over 50 years.  They are looking for an experienced customer service rep that can work with and assist their clients when a calls comes in regarding service needs.  Communicate then with the office staff regarding the scheduling of techs.  Then follow up with the customer regarding an appointment.  Must be very professional and have excellent communication skills—and excellent follow-up skills.  Experience in HVAC a plus and experience with AutoCAD a plus.  Must be available for some overtime on a weekly basis.  This position is in Dallas.  Pay rate up to $25 hourly.  

Purchasing Assistant—this is a temp assignment—2 months—in Irving.  Looking for someone with 1 to 2 years of purchasing experience—preferably in the raw materials industry.  Pay rate is $25 per hour.  

Commercial Property Manager—Great Dallas firm is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in retail property management.  You will be responsible for multiple locations in multiple cities.  Minimum travel within Texas will be required.  You will manage communications with the tenants, make sure security and services are adequate, conduct property inspections, and much more.  You will have the support of a  staff to assist you.  This is a great opportunity.  Salary up to $90k.  

Data Entry Clerk—Great firm is in need of a data entry clerk.  MUST have excellent data entry skills—fast and accurate.  This position is in Irving and the pay rate is $14 an hour.  

Bilingual Spanish Accounting Coordinator—this manufacturing firm is looking for a bilingual Spanish Accounting Coordinator—that would also handle some administrative tasks.  Primary is the AP/AR, General Ledger, bank recs, etc.  Looking for 2+ years of experience in accounting.  Must have strong QuickBooks and Excel.  This position is in Northeast Ft. Worth and the salary is $43k.  

Customer Service Manager—great firm is looking for someone to lead a small customer service team.  Looking for 5+ years of experience as a Customer Service Manager.  MUST have managed a team.  This position also means you are a part of the team—and working with clients just as your team does.  Great opportunity.  The firm is in Dallas and the salary is around $60k.

Executive Assistant to CEO—This CEO needs a “right hand.”  Looking for someone with 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.  Heavy calendar and travel management.  Meeting documents and meeting prep.  Create reports and correspondence.  On call 24/7.  This position is in Dallas.  Salary around $75k.


AP Administrator—busy construction firm needs an AP administrator.  Process 200+ invoices monthly.  Assist with monthly reporting and closing.  Perform check runs.  Construction industry a plus, but not required.  Looking for 3+ years of experience doing AP.  Must have strong organizational skills.  This position is in East Dallas.  Salary around $40k


Accounting Assistant—this construction firm is looking for someone with 2 or more years of experience in a construction firm—in the accounting department.  This is heavy data entry; you will issue vendor payments and collect lien waivers.  This position is in Carrollton.  Salary is around $45k.
