Property Administrator—Great Dallas firm is looking for someone that has experience as a Property Administrator/Administrative Assistant in a commercial real estate or property management firm. Must have experience in either Yardi or MRI. Great firm in Uptown Dallas. Salary up to $55k

Customer Service Rep - This firm in Dallas is needing to add to their staff—they are a part of the construction industry—and they are BUSY! They need a customer service rep—one to speak with their clients regarding any questions about orders/prices/dates of completion, etc. And you will also assist the outside sales reps by putting proposals together, researching prices, etc. Salary is $40 to $45k with a nice bonus package!

Customer Service Rep—this firm is in Las Colinas. They are needing to add to their customer service staff. You will receive calls/emails from clients requesting additional product. You, then, communicate with the warehouse to be able to confirm shipment. Continue that communication with the client until the product is shipped. Salary around $38k.

Admin Assistant/ Receptionis t - This Dallas firm has been in business for 30 years. They are in the food industry and their business is growing. They are looking for someone to be the “face of the company” at the front desk. You will handle incoming calls; greet visitors; sort mail; work with vendors; coordinate conference room and maintain the conference room; monitor emails, and a variety of other duties. Looking for two years of experience as a receptionist or admin assistant. Word, Excel, Outlook are required. Knowledge of AP/AR is helpful. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Pay rate is $17 to $18 an hour.

Office/Accounting Assistant--This firm in Irving is looking for someone that can do both Administrative (receive mail, order supplies, maintain customer files, etc.) as well as AP and AR. This will include paying invoices via checks, ACH, and wire transfers; making sure AR is current; perform credit checks; balance bank records, etc. Looking for 1 or 2 years of experience handling those responsibilities. Meeting documents and meeting prep. Create reports and correspondence. On call 24/7. This position is in Dallas. Salary around $75k.

Accounting Assistant—this construction firm is looking for someone with 2 or more years of experience in a construction firm—in the accounting department. This is heavy data entry; you will issue vendor payments and collect lien waivers. This position is in Carrollton. Salary is around $45k.
