Fast paced manufacturing firm is seeking a well spoken Receptionist to handle a busy phone system.
Duties will entail:
Answer an 8 line Citrix switchboard from Monday through Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm.
Apply telephone skills and be professional and friendly in transferring calls to different departments.
Enter sales orders immediately and accurately upon receipt from the customer service department, and ensure that orders are expedited according to excellent customer service standards.
Support sales staff, expedite orders, and follow-up as needed to help ensure the order process is completed from quoting to delivery to customer.
Work in cooperation with all departments and staff as necessary to help ensure that the order cycle is completed, meeting excellent customer service standards.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Perform any other job responsibilities as may be established and assigned by management.
Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written (bilingual English/Spanish is required).
Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office.
Must have 3 plus years of reception and customer service skills.
