Silver Springs - Martin Luther School (SS/MLS), located on a picturesque 36-acre campus in Plymouth Meeting, promotes safety and nonviolence while cultivating a caring environment supported by the agency's core values and the Sanctuary Model ® of care.  SS/MLS strives to create and maintain a quality “therapeutic teaching community" that promotes recovery from trauma for the children and families that we serve.

SS/MLS is currently seeking a clinically-trained professional to provide Mobile Therapy services on an independent contracting basis.  The Mobile Therapist will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment planning and individual/family psychotherapy services to children and their families in their home and community, primarily in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

This is a part-time independent contractor/fee-for-service position.

Contractors MUST have the following:

  1. Graduate degree in a human service field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing or Marriage and Family therapy).
  2. At least one-year post-master's experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.  Experience in treatment of trauma and loss issues a plus.
