Due to recent expansion of our staffing sites, FCS has a great opportunity for a Recruiter. The successful candidate will join our team of staffing professionals to continue our focus on meeting client needs on a national level. This position will support sales and client retention through excellent customer service by consulting, sourcing, and recommending candidates to client organizations, in addition to identifying and developing new business through full cycle sales of staffing services with assigned projects. - Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, our ATS and social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Consults with prospects and client hiring managers to have a thorough understanding of their hiring needs.
- Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources.
- Conduct personal interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients.
- Prepares and facilitates candidate interviews with clients and follow-up debriefing.
- Perform thorough reference checks.
- Quotes pricing, negotiates pay rates, and communicates contractual terms and agreements with prospects and clients with confidentiality.
- Interact with and attend client meetings.
- Engage with our support team which handles on-boarding, allowing more time to stay focused on recruiting and building your candidate pipeline.
- Maintains timely, compliant and accurate documentation and metrics requirements on all activity related to prospects, clients, and candidates via the FCS database systems.
- May travel to office and worksite locations of potential and current clients.
- Strong attitude, aptitude, passion and recruiting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent years of experience.
- Two (2) years of staffing industry recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of placing candidates at all levels of Administrative, Professional, Technology, Hospitality and Light Industrial positions.
- Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting.
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and assist Account Executives in managing client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Valid Florida driver’s license.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system.
- Knowledge of business to business staffing sales.
