Restaurant Managers
Restaurant company Interviewing for Restaurant General Managers and Assistant Managers FOH / BOH (High Volume)

We are looking for proven leaders with a passion for customer service and driving sales to join our management team.

Seeking qualified candidates for the following areas:
  • General Managers
  • Assistant Managers
  • Kitchen / Culinary Managers
  • Front of House Managers
  • Back of House Managers
  • Executive Chef's
  • Chef's & Sous Chef's

Manage the restaurant to maximize controllable profit and minimize expenses, while maintaining Company Standards. Ultimate responsibility of a restaurant. Understand food cost, portioning, monitoring waste, scheduling, creating a teamwork environment, Food Safety.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Interviewing and training associates
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work
  • Assist in appraising performance
  • Rewarding and developing associates
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Supervisory Skills:
  • Commitment to unparalleled customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and desire to advance stores current position in the community through involvement in local activities
  • Willingness to participate in training and team orientation and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales

Job Requirements

Must have 3 to 5 years of high volume Restaurant experience.
