Franchise Operations Manager – Business Advisor

Job Responsibilities

As a Franchise Operations Manager, you will play a key role traveling to visit all franchise stores within your assigned territories with the purpose of understanding and defining their needs.

Specific duties for this customer service role include:

  • Implementing franchisee store Startup Program
  • Maintaining a daily and weekly schedule
  • Training and reinforcing the franchise model and safe operation of production equipment
  • Instructing franchisees to comply with franchise model and system
  • Compiling brand compliance data
  • Assisting franchisees with increasing brand image
  • Participating in regional meetings; completing, maintaining, and processing required paperwork

Job Requirements

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Advisor who combines a persuasive and engaging personality, with a passion for building customer relationships and the drive to exceed expectations. In addition, you should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure within a fast-paced environment. It is also vital that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility to build solid business relationships.

Specific qualifications for this business development role include:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent education from College or Technical school
  • 2 – 4 years of related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Sales and business operations experience
  • Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick up new technologies
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office products
  • Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70%
  • Experience with graphic design software, point-of-sale (POS) software, and accounting software, a plus
  • Must have a credit card with an available credit limit to cover reimbursable business travel expenses
  • Position is located in Nevada
