
Position Overview: This Administrative Assistant will be tasked with managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings and travel and supporting with presentations.
The candidate will have experience working with high net worth individuals, thus is poised and demonstrates excellent communication and customer service. They will be a go-getter and have the ability to adapt and problem solve on the fly.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
• Calendaring and scheduling meetings, events and travel
• Cover the front desk reception and greet all guests and clients
• Assist with ongoing presentations and projects including creating PowerPoints, marketing collateral, etc.
• Assist with billing and occasional AP/AR
• Order and maintain office space including ordering snacks and supplies and cleanliness of the office
• Create fun and productive office culture events and activities
• Organize files and process documentation
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook and Excel
• 2-5 years of Office Administration experience – entertainment industry a big plus
• Strong and professional communication - written and oral
• Team player is a must, but has the ability to work autonomously
• Quick learner who is proactive and self-motivated
• Passionate about the entertainment/creative space
Education Requirements:
• AA degree is required
