While managing a million-plus dollar-a-year restaurant, you will develop business disciplines in Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Sales Building, and Cost Controls.


What does an ASSISTANT MANAGER do?


  • Direct, control and coordinate shift operations
  • Interviewing, hiring and orientating new employees
  • Train and develop Team Members
  • Manages inventory/waste and labor controls
  • Cash management, count drawers, and bank deposits
  • Profit and Loss analysis
  • Evaluate Team Member performance
  • Other duties as assigned

 


What we Require of you:


  • Ability to work a 50 hour work week (including nights, weekends and some holidays)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience required; food service/restaurant experience preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Strong Math Skills and ability to count money accurately
  • Upbeat and Outgoing Personality


Physical Demands:


  • Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and reaching.
